What is a way to resist sweets and sugar and junk

Hello all! Off season volleyball tryouts are next week and I am trying really hard to resist sweets this week so that it doesn’t slow me down. But how can I do that? There is a ton of pie and cakes and brownies in my house from turkey day haha any help please???

well the answer is not so simple or easy, you are going to have to muster every ounce of willpower you have. fight the temptation- THINK ABOUT HOW IMPORTANT YOUR VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS ARE TO YOU. if your volleyball tryouts are next week- you should be able to fight off the urges that long. maybe give these delectable treats to friends, family?? just to get rid of them- so you don’t have them staring you in the face everytime you open the fridge, or the cabinets. FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT. YOU CAN DO IT.

wow.. yea im having the same problem.. except my volleyball tryouts for next season aren’t until like May 2009.. but yeah I just want to resist sweets in general because they are bad for you.. I mean some chocolate is pretty good for you, like dark chocolate. but yeah someone please answer this question for me and volleeit18!!
