I’m 24, but i’m like a kid when it comes to junk food, I aint a couch potato, I do take exercise everyday but i’m afraid it aint enough to top off what I eat. Reason why i’m posting is I know i’m not the only one that’s fighting over extra skin and loves junk food whatever , the best way to deal with it is discipline (I know), but is there any other way? Any answer will do… thaenkyu!
Really the only thing I can think of is exercise more or at a greater intensity OR eat less junk food. I eat sweets and exercise but I still have a tummy :D Im cutting down on my sweets to lose some of my belly! Well you know what, you could find something that satisfies you craving for sweets but is not as bad. Like instead of eating a Little Debbie cake I will eat some watermelon or a scoop of fat free Breyers ice cream. Sometimes I would much rather exercise more then cut down on my sweets :D
Changing your diet is a long term project. Try to find a few healthy foods you actually like and eat them. Keep trying new things and since our tastes do change over time try foods you previously didn't like.
