Well I gave myself a tattoo on my leg with pen ink and it blead but I dont know if I'll get ink poisoning or a rash.

You probably won't have any ill effects, but the tattoo will fade away - pen ink doesn't stay in the skin...India ink does that.
It was a rather pointless thing to do.
Ink poisoning? Unless you've been ingesting it, I tihnk you're okay. Pens are non-toxic.
go to a tattooist and get it done properly. otherwise its going to look nasty.
if pen ink gets in your blood stream, its toxic
