What guitar should I get?

I am looking to buy a guitar but I am not sure what to get. I have never played, I am a beginner. What is a good cheap guitar you would recommend?

Answer #1

I would prefer a manual guitar,I mean wooden..as you are a beginner.do not buy an electic guitar first..start with the manual..and its better to go in the shop..they will tell you perfectly.

Answer #2

My baby brother plays the guitar, but started off using an al cheapo wooden guitar and once he knew how to play the instrument well, he upgraded to a electrical one that was under $200 and now has one which is over $800.

With any musical instruments, start off with something cheap and once you have the skills whether it’s average or above average, then you can invest in a more expensive brand.

I play the violin and I’m sure the same rules appeals to guitar purchasing, the more expensive the instrument is, you can be sure of the level of quality of your instrument and the better it will sound even if you are not very ‘good’ at playing the guitar, it does make a difference.
