I cant afford going to my gym anymore and im just thinking of doing some of those cardio/body sulpting videos... But I don't know which ones are good..so do you guys know any that have worked for you??? plus what other things can I do to replace going to the gym??
normally the best one's are dance workouts my missus uses the ministry of sound one cant remember what it's called but she sweats like anythng after a good dance work out lol something fun and not cheesy is what you need
Hmm... Well if you have OnDemand you can find some fitness videos on there. If not, go type up what your looking for on Google or on Youtube. This will help you out. (:
