Only one way to loose weight very quickly and tone your body so its as tight as a drum. Yoga I halved my body weight in 6 months! Of course the down side is that you also have to change your eating habbits as in you have to shock your body.And only exercise every other day at home for an hour and not at classes. You need a good Yoga book for beginners.
Cardio exercises like running, swimming, cycling etc. are the best exercises for loosing fat as well a maintaining a perfect health.
Trapolening, 5 minutes of straight jumping up and down works out as 25 minutes of non stop jogging.
Cardio, in my opinion, is best for weight loss.
