So im planning 2 loose some weight my food would b: Green tea(does it really help loose belly fat/weight?) Snack:Fruit or Vegetable Lunch:Salad + something healthy(maybe meat?) Snack:water + more water(exercise 30 minutes) Dinner:A bowl of Special K cereal Snack:Green tea

What do you think of my "diet plan" should I exercise more??am I eating the right foods?does green tea help>
