first of all I want to warn people if you need any kind of eye surgery do not go to oregon health and science university in portland oregon they dont care about the patients I went their 4 months ago I found out I need buckle surgery any way its been nothing but a fight with them they wont do their jobs they dont undersand I was having problems at my clinic they won t call me back to get my surgery set up anyway if they dont care why should I its not their eye sight anyway could I sue ohsu thanks
No, you can't sue...did you READ the fine print? Most medical establishments (such as research institutions...) make you sign a zillion wavers before working on you, as it's students, and they're learning how to do it right.

If you go to a university for medical care, you're not a patient - you're an experiment. Those are students, and it's not their job...you went to an Academic Health Care Center.
You can't sue for something you agreed to partake in.
Unfortunately you'll need your lawyers advice on this one. Also it's a university I.e. research institution, even if you get to court, you'll probably not get anything from them, because usually you do not need to pay.
