What are the healthiest foods?

Im tring to lose weight.I am a 14 year old girl. I also weight more that 200 pounds

well excersize helps but if you eat things like fruit, I know people always say that, but to replace snacks like chocolate and sweets, you can get things like nutrition bar, I have these things called GO AHEAD YOGOURT BREAKS they are really nice, healthy and keep as full as 3 chocolate bars, plus give you energy, even things like grapes are really good as snacks as you can have loads snd they taste lush, anyway yh stick to like healthy bars(but not like boring seed bars) and fruit if feel the need to snack. I know it ent much but its just what instead of snacks and I’ve lost loads and still luv em’ C@LLUM :)

I take fiber pills every morning and try to walk at least 45 minutes on a treadmill 3-4 times a week and im seeing results. you can get on utube and do some taebo or try yoga booty ballet. also try to not eat fast food a lot instead have a bake chicken and a nice salad or something.

I used to weigh 200 lbs too. I went on many diets and the weight would always come back. I finally lost the weight by changing my diet, not going on a diet. You just need to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables with less salt and instead of buttering them, either do without or use olive oil. It is very nutritious and will keep your cholesterol low, but don’t overdo it because it’s still a fat, just better for you. The veggies are the most important because they take a lot of energy to digest (which actually uses calories!) The best ones are broccoli, cabbage, spinach, corn, green beans, greens, carrots, squash, (and of course others). They have no fat. When you have salad, don’t use salty and fatty dressings. Salt and beef and pork are very fattening so eat more fish and chicken so you will have less meat in your diet. If you eat a hamburger, eat only half the meat and half the bun. Don’t eat junky things like hot dogs, fried cheese and gravy for a while. Just use them for “treats” once in a while. If you are a milk drinker, try low fat or skim, or drink less whole milk. Milk and ice cream are very fattening. Sherbet and Popsicles are good. Be careful with the sugar too though. If this seems too hard for you, then don’t cut anything out of your diet, just eat half the amount, except fruits and veggies You can also drink more water. A nice cool drink of water before a meal helps you to feel full faster. It’s easier than it sounds, especially since eating healthier will make you feel better and you know you will be doing something for yourself that will really pay off. All the best to you!

You need to excersise - running is by far the fastest way to burn fat. If you are very unfit you need to work up your fitness by running a little further each day - you will struggle at the start but your body will adjust and it will get easier. Run/skip/cycle/swim or do any kind of excersise that gets your heart rate up and makes you break a sweat - it means fat is being burned. Healthy foods are those which are natural, nutritious, and full of vitamins & minerals - chips, white bread, cereals, sweets, and packaged ‘diet foods’ are so overly processed and full of junk they are bad for your body & skin. Do not try and starve yourself or go on a fad diet - they don’t work. Eat healthy unprocessed nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables, wholegrain breads, nuts, & lean meat. Buy a cookbook that focusses on making simple healthy foods. Do not eat when you are bored - eat to fuel your body only. Be active, take the stairs and walk to places you might normally drive to when you can - it all helps. You are the only person who controls what you do to your body, no-one else can do it for you.

Eat grapefruit it burns most of the bad stuff inside you and is really good(But if you add sugar it won’t really do anything) Exercise and drink lots of fluids(water,also get a juicer and add apples or carrots and other veggies and fruits) what I just added are much healthier or you then other drinks that you see in stores like apple juice it says its 100% but look at the calories chart.If you can’t pernounce the first four ingredients in any meal or drink you have then that tells you thats those ingredients are not good for u.Even if you research it and it tells you thats its healthy don’t trust it. I don’t exercise that much anyways and some foods can actually help you lose weight.Like if your walking around or doing something while eating something healthy it can actually help u:)
