What is the healthiest breakfast food?

I’m tryin to get away from all these smoothies, so any suggestions are appreciated

I like fruit and juice, or oatmeal, not the sugared up ones.

your breakfast should be a have meal. If you want to eat something healthy, try milk with wheat shreds, 5-6 almonds n walnuts, 2 boiled eggs( without yolk) , and 2 slices of multi grain bread if you like. you can substitute milk with mixed fruit juice and have milk at a later time. :)

-Whole Grain and Sugar Free Cereal: Provides nutrition, calcium, and fiber.

-Eggs: Great source of protein. (Try making an omelet filled with vegetables such as mushrooms, green peppers, and tomatoes…without cheese.)

-Smoothies: (Try combining a banana with some frozen fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc… and some non fat yogurt, and skin milk. You can even add some powdered vitamin C to increase the nutritional value.)

-Cottage Cheese and Fruit: contains a lot of protein with very little fat, and the fruit provides fiber and other nutrients.

try to get some grains and vitamins in your system to start the day. fruits, bread “toast”, dairys.. dont try the meats… they are more for lunch
