If he loves you that much, virginity would not be an issue. However, I cheated on my wife, not because I didn't love her, but because the other girl was a virgin. Of course, males who never had a virgin will want to be curious, so to answer your question, yes, he will be curious, but if he really loves you at all, virginity SHOULD not be an issue.
