What are the best ways to get super healthy hair?
I’m planning on bleaching my hair soon but I heard that your hair is far less likely to break off if it’s healthy. I have some Garnier Fructis FORTIFYING TRIPLE NUTRITION (sorry, I copied that from somewhere) at home. Would the whole tube be enough to prepare my hair for the bleaching process? What are other ways to prepare my hair? I need something easy to find, super cheap (like five bucks or less) or home remedies that work wonders. Thanks a lot. :)
*I also have super thick, wavy hair if this helps.
*I don’t do heat stuff to my hair, and dove and pantene are out of the question, they make my hair look terrible. Thanks.
If you leave near a Fiesta salon they do deep condintioning treatments that do wonders, I do them all the time after I bleach my hair and they’re only twelve dollars, I know you want something like 5 or less but it’s worth it.
Bleaching it will fry your hair. You may be satisfied with your bleached hair in a few weeks. But in a few years, while you’re holding your burnt-out, lifeless locks in your hands with tears streaming down your cheeks (lol) , you’re going to regret doing it!
My advice, DONT BLEACH IT!! If you had thiner hair, your hair would absorb it better, but because your hair type is thick, it will go ginger.
Please remember that bleaching hair really badly damages hair. If you go through all the effort of getting your hair healthy, it would just be a complete waste of time to bleach it.
Also, all comercial shampoos are detergent based, and so they aren’t really that good for your hair. I would sugest go and talk to your local hairdresser and find out from them what would work for your hair.
