What are the best foods to eat when working out?

I’ve just started working out a little to improve my body, I do 3 sets of 15 press-ups and sit-ups and also 20 repetitions of 10kg weights on each arm.

I was wondering what are the best foods to eat? What nutrients I need?

Thanks guys, I’ve started eating more fruit and chicken breast. Is there any healthy suggestions I could have in a sandwich for lunch? What would be your normal breakfast, lunch and dinner?

I have been working out for 7 years. the best thing to do is taking protein and amino as capsule. the food you need to focus on is tuna, banana, chicken breast, and mostly all type of food has protein and without fats.
