What are good foods to eat?

I really want to start eating healthier. What’s some good things to eat? Heres kindof what I have; Breakfast- Bowl of ceral, like Lucky Charms, Froot Loops. Lunch- Not really anything. Maybe a peanut butter sandwhich. And dinner- whatever my mom makes (:

Cereal is good for breakfast but not necessarily the one’s you listed, except maybe once in a while.

Try some of the healthier ones like Cheerios, Rice Crispies, Chex, Special K (they have a bunch of good varieties now), etc… Try different ones and see what you like. The key is avoiding the ones with a ton of added suger. A good rule of thumb is that if there’s a cartoon character on the box, avoid it. :)

For lunch, PB&J is fine or any other sandwich from home. Avoid too much mayo and not a lot of cheese since they’re high in fat.

For dinner, whatever your mom makes is probably fine as long as it’s not all deep fried.
