No your not obese but you do need to start taking care of your weight if you dont want to be obese in the future. My advise to you is to do exercises such as sit up, crutches, and try to purchase a yoga ball..this yoga ball helps alot on toning and losing weight fast, you can do the exercises that i mentioned and it works way better than doing it without the yoga ball.. oh and DRINK ALOT OF WATER!! trust me it helps alot. try not to drink so much soda or juice just water. And about your boobs yes they are gonna go down some sizes but cmon if your 34DD you have nothing to worry about. When you slim down your still gonna have a big bust for your slim figure. I hope my advise can help you. take care!

First off for your age you should be just clearing out of your baby fat days. for you to be so blessed up top and to have your body very close to striking distance to having a knock out body should give you a lot of confidence. there are some things you should check on yourself before getting started. 1 check your posture. if you have bad posture now your breasts will start to sag early since you will be above a D for the rest of your life. 2 do a check on your self. are they firm or are they not firm. if they are firm then your breast tissue has fully developed. if they are not firm then if you start to gain weight they might have a genetic chance of getting much bigger. as far as working out, your age has your metabolism high so that means you can burn calories faster than most. going out on brisk walks or light jogs are the ultimate way to lose weight and not hurt your breast. keep your heart rate at about 110 beats per minute. this is your fat burning zone. go walk or light jog for like an hour every other day. your legs will get stronger, your shoulders will widen and your natural burning cycle will engage. Final idea is to do push-up on your knees. it is easier and will help develop your arms and tone the muscle under your breasts. do this on the days you dont jog and you will keep your breasts full and perkey for life. throw in crunches daily and you are set to have an incredible body and giving your dad heart attacks for the rest of his life. haha. i answered your question because my girl is 6ft with Big D’s and i trained her to lose 10 lbs and she lost none of her breast. I use to personal train women for a living so i have a good idea on how to shape woman. your doing just fine and applying these simple things will set you up for success body wise. if you want some routines just let me know eholder(at)cg59.navy.mil i will be glad to help you more.
