You mean the Lolita fashion style? If so the Lolita fashion falls under 4 main categories: Gothic Lolita, Sweet Lolita, Punk Lolita and Classic Lolita. So depending on what style your wearing it will be different. Like for the punk you'd go for the bow and the classic a hat and the sweet a headband. I'm sure you can go without one though. Its just an accessory to the outfit. Ignore this if you aren't talking about the fashion style clothing.
