Ways to last longer?

It was your first, of course you got a lil too excited.

The stop and start method will help you last longer. When you start to get to that plateau STOP until the feeling goes away and then start again.

Also if you masturbate before any sexual encouters it will take longer to get you there.

1st of all guys dont plateau they just get too excited, i heard about your PE, you’re just freaking out. The best thing to do i think, is dont feel it. Dont let her make it 100% hard, cuz then you will get too excited to stop. Ignore it breath, and stop her well b4 you feel it coming.
