what 2 do when your prego???

ok so I just fond out that im 1 month pregnat bt I havnt went 2 da doctor yet till nex week so my question iz what shud I do and dont do??? and what shud I start eatn daz healthy 4 my baby rite now???

How do you know your a month pregnant if you haven’t been to the doctors? Unless you bought a pregnancy test that tells you exactly how far gone you are and if that is the case I apologize.

Crystal - what is your problem? People like you is why our society is so f’ed up.

Anyways, drink water, walk, eat fruits, and vegetables, take prenatal vitamins (get them at a store or at the doctor), take pictures of your growing tummy ( I know this sounds stupid, but you’ll want them), try to stay away from caffiene, try 5 small meals a day, instead of 3 large.

You should go to the doctor. Eat a lot of fruits and vegtibles so you baby will be healthy.
