want to put on weight

I’ve been trying for ages to put on weight and to look more curvy but nothing seems to work .. most people say work out meaning weights to get muscle but wouldnt know what excercises to do =/ does anyone know what foods or drinks make you put weight on fast?

How to GAIN weight?

no way. don’t eat that crap. eat healthy and excercise. eating bad foods will put on weight in all the wrong places, clog your arteries, make you more succeptable to derpession (oily and fatty and sugary foods do that…it’s a scientific fact) I suggest eating healthy. 5-6 mini meals a day but just eat WHOLE foods, not low fat. so salad dressing, milk, cheese, rice, potatoes with sour cream, regular mayo. everything in modernation and no icky fast food, mcdonalds and fast food palces like that and Chinese are the WORST things to do to your body. I suggest joing a website like FitDay (www.fitday.com) it is a wonderful website, check it out. it has a calorie counter for foods, it gets you a profile for gaining weight as well as losing weight, an excersise journal that lets you know how many calories you burn for eveyr task even typing and brushing your teeth and cleaning to running and whatever. I LOVE it really helped me get my life in order when I came out of the ED Unit and had to gain and maintain my weight to stay healthy.

ok I have no idea personally I was pretty sure that being curvy was up to bone structure like I have big hipps and a small waist hense my curves I thought you couse style your clothes to give the APPEARENCE of curves but I never knew you could build curves lol but whatever you do dont gain weight by eating crap like burgers gain healthy weight or muslce eat gd carbs and protein but not starchy food

Absolutly dont eat crap food to put weight on, You’ll mess your insides up and feel like crap! Those protein shakes will increase your Kcal intake, so that’ll be an idea but there not awesome, use them in combination with a nice healthy diet. Add an extra meal in (I have Breakfast at 7, lunch at 12, Dinner at 5 then supper at bout 9pm) GOOD QUALITY FOOD!

When you say Curvey what excatly do ya mean? more muscle tone? exercise wise it depends on what part of your body you exactly want to shape.

soda will put on weight. starches before you go to bed will definately put it on. pig out a bit. get the double quater pounder w. cheese. more fries more fries !! >:O and soda soda. um, exercising will give you curves, but slim you down in the process most likely. so, you might want to gain the weight then work it off to a managable area. or if you gain and are satisfied w. the way your body takes it on, then you’re all done and sexified lol.
