Am 21 years. is it possible to become very height & fat. Now I look 10th standard student. I am very lean & I am only 4.5 height only. can you give good solution for my problem
Well, it looks like you inherited "smallness" genes. You are going to be stuck being a little short. There isn't anything you can do about it.
As to becoming fatter, you could try eating more, but you don't want to become too fat as it is bad for your health. Relatively thin people seem to live longer and healthier lives.
Keep in mind that my point of view comes from an American value. I'm not familiar with the customs in India.

Hmmm try increase your calcium intake as this will allow your bones to be stornger and therefore grow more, so drink more milk and consume more dairy products in general and spinach is also a great source of calcium. Make sure you eat a lot of protein and carbs aswell as a lake of these can lead to a stunt in growth (my best friend should be naturally tall(around 6ft) but because she was a vegetarian for about 10 years she is only 5"2).
