Thesis statement about walt disney?

Ok. I need a thesis statement. Can someone give me any ideas that I could prove or persuade about walt disney?

walt disney was actually a VERY intelligent man and one interesting fact that many don’t know: when you are walking into disney world, you are actually on the second floor. beneath your feet is a major operation of garbage and delivery trucks, storage rooms - and a huge operation overall.

Fences throughout the parks also double as hidden entry/exit ways. THe park itself is technically an elaborate labrynth.

Also when Disney built disney land, he was upset that other fast food chains and what not built around him, so he had a friend buy the property for disney world for him so that it would not be in his name and that no one would know. Disney did not like the idea of competitors trying to “mooch” off of his name/success.

There is a lot out there about him.
