What is a good thesis statement for barbie dolls?

I need a good thesis statement for barbie dolls. And it has to have … There girls best friends.. Or something.. Please help! Your ideas are greatly appreciated. :]

Hmm… I would say:

“When I was little, me and my friends played barbies for hours, named them whatever we wanted, made them say whatever we wanted, and do what we wanted, just like it was our own made up story.”

If I were doing an essay on Barbie, I’d talk about how it’s changed the image of women, but you’d somehow have to work that into the ‘bestfriend’ part, tough.

Just say that Barbie doesn’t put pressure on kids to be popular. I mean if Barbie was popular than why would you have to buy all of her friends (lol). And Barbie doesn’t put pressures on girls to be pretty because if Barbie were life size her neck would be 11 inches long (thats almost a foot). Barbie also helps kids stay in shape because they have the basketball barbie and the volleyball barbie. And girls are usually insecure about their weight around their teen years when they’ve stopped playing with barbie’s anyway.
