Waiting time back rent to my landlord
I owe some back rent to my landlord. I pay my monthly rent and some extra ($60 to $100) more to catch up. Once I pay her, can she ask for more or does she have to wait for 30 days before nagging me again?
It really depends on what your landlord is willing to do…with the current economic situation, I can hope they’d be somewhat flexible with you. When in doubt, try to get a community advocate or similar to help you (social services & similar locally can give you a referral) if you can’t negotiate something privately between you.
