How can I get this virus System Tool off?
It is acting like an anti-virus program that in itself is a virus and Norton 360 isn’t picking it up but its happened before. What ways can I cleanse my computer?
Restart your computer. As soon as it starts loading press f8 and set your computer on safe mode (usually the first option). Then log in and do a system restore. It should get rid of it but if oyu have multiple accounts you may have to do it for each one.
I don’t like Norton 360 , i will strongly recommend you to install a Kaspersky or bit diffender instead of Norton and scan your whole computer. It can help you to detect the virus. Always use Ccleaner software after browsing internet it will remove unnecessary temporary files and cookies. Another thing you can do is to uninstall unnecessary application and software and clean your hard disk. It may help you to remove the virus. The last thing you do is to format your computer. Hope it will help
i did that and no bueno. I couldnt even find safe mode i dk if i did the wrong action…

Advice for a future use Antivirus program and Anti-spyware programs together. Because Antivirus programs can’t remove Rogue applications like “System Tool”. My recommended software: Antivirus Program: AVG , SpyHunter
