Is veet hair removal gel safe for arms?

iv done itbefore and it works, but arm hair is thicker so its harder but if you dont like your arm hair you shopuld try bleaching it so you cant see it my cousin got a body bleaching kit for 10 bucks at kmart because it last and shaving the hair away doesnt.
