What can I do about this unsafe diet of cocaine?
ok seriously I can’t diet. I can set my mind to do it. It started after I had my daughter. Now she’s 7. Before I had her I was 5’7 and weighed 115 -120 and my butt was always big but like that sexy big. Anyway in 7 years I have spent thousands of dollars trying to get thin again. I know I should just eat right and exercise but I tried and i give up. Exercise is too hard and I’m an emotional eater and always eat the wrong things. And so I believe my only option is some thing that kills my appetite so i tried Ephedra. I ordered prescription medication from out of the country. Nothing works so now my last resort is bad and i don’t like it but its coke. I don’t like the way it makes me feel but i dont get hungry. if any one please has any advise please tell me thanks
Dear jodixxoo, Guess what…a lot of people are like you..unable to stick to a diet to exercise regularly. But they don’t become a coke head to do so. You are responsible for a child??? What are you thinking???? Coke is addictive and you may think you’ll start out small and stay small just to curb your appetite…Coke doesn’t work that way. You really need to seek out some counselling; there is much more going on than just loosing weight here. You are seeking to alter your life (that’s what drugs do). Now’s the time to find out what are the true emotional problems you are dealing with. You don’t have to do this alone…counselling is a wonderful way to be enlightened. Sue…good luck
Well you could set a regular / daily routine every morning, before you go to bed, enroll you daughter into swimming and you can do lane swins while she does her lessons. You can do it with your daughter as well. So every morning you both can wake up for a jog around a block or two and come back home and have a healthy bowl of fruits maybe. It’s not eating less cuz that would make u fatter, how? because your not eating what your body needs then it starts keeping in everything u don’t need aka extra fat and stuff therefore you get fatter and no waste is getting out. SO in REALITY it’s about eating more efficiantly AND a better way <—- more healthy/ balanced/ equal meals, and when you go hungry get simething to eat don’t wait eat something small. There are lots of ways to loose weight it’s just finding one that fits aka. your schedule
You have no will power to keep your diet going. And you find exercise hard becos you are going about things the wrong way, when you enter a healthy eating habit with a negative attitude you wont stick to it, you are the one that has to strive to change. Once you reach that level you cant do it, its not that hard to find great and yummy healthy foods to eat! And when you are emotional, instead of drowning your sorrows in food, take it out on a treadmill, go for a hard long walk with music in your ears to keep your mind occupied off how much you dont wanna walk, or go exercise with a friend who is motivated to keep you going also! its not hard to get wat you want, you just have to want it enough to fight to keep going.
