No. 10 days before her period a girl is in her most fertile phase. A girl is not likely to get pregnant in the fourteen or so days after her period but that doesnt mean there is no chance of conceiving. You should always use contraception if you do not want pregnancy to occur.

pills, condoms, preferably both. Yes, you need a doctors prescription for oral contraceptive pills, and seriously, if you dont know this already then you shouldnt be having sex
