yea...there are addictive. I think it was because i was actually really good at them too. It was one of the few things I could actually do rite and finish completely. It was a pity that wasn't in my maths GCSE......

my grandfather suffered from it and ended up in a nursing home and so did the person i babysat for's father. she told to do it and i didn't no if it was a myth but i don't want to get it either =(

Yes because they get your brain working and making it have to think . You can buy things that actually are " brain trainers " to help with keeping your mind young

Anything that stimulates your mind helps strengthen it causing you to be more resistant to Alzheimer's
