You can try but try not to use too much. I’m sure you’d get better results by just using it on damp hair but if you use it on dry hair, just use a little so your hair won’t look oily or anything
well i wanna curly it and a youtube video said to spray it on before you curl each piece of hair but the bottle said to do it on damp hair. I dont want it to fry my hair if i spray it on damp hair
