it depends on what it is, a sore, a blister, a cut, a bunion? can you describe the sore

Answer #2

there was suppose to be a picture attached to it

Answer #3

Oww. I used to get those. Put neosporn on it & a bandaid & wear flip flops for like a week, or with the shoes your wearing it with, wear thicker socks or create a barrier inbewteen your sock & your heel, with like, toilet paper or tissue paper or something.

Answer #4

apply first aid then if possible, wear slippers as to not hit the wound and make yourself feel uncomfy.and put anti-marks cream so it wont leave a mark after the wound heals.

Answer #5

Oh, & with the toilet/tissue paper, it would be better if its taped to your heel or else it’s gonne keep moving around/coming out. (x

This is a normal blister. You can heal this with a band aid or bandage your leg for a week. If there is no internal damage, then there is nothing to worry about. If you bandage it right to the point where it will not fall easily, then you can wear boots or shoes normally. Make sure you don’t go using expensive band aids or bandages (for bigger wounds) because you have to change it once or twice a day, I used to get these wounds a lot when I was younger because I would wear shoes without socks.

Answer #10

Rinse the blister with hydrogen peroxide. This will disinfec it. After that rinse the blister with rubbing alcohol. As soon as the rubbig alcohol dries put some neosporin on it and then a band-aid. Do this twice a day and it should heal quickly.
