After your workout, immediately consume carbs, preferably slower digesting ones and lot sof protein. Fruit is also great to replenish your glycogen levels. I usually consume 40g Protein, 60g Carbs, 25g Creatine, and a banana or some oranges to get my simple sugars quickly. You should not wait longer than 30 minutes to consume these or else you won't be able to use them to your full potential after a workout.
I wud do that b4 u work out, then ur burning them off and ur body has something to work off of, try protein shakes as well
I think you must recalculate your blood sugar again I mean increasing.So you can prefer carbonhydrats with proteins.
