You know what, everything is as deep as a subject, that needs to be studied. Actually, a lot of people don't really know that the problem of toothache is not just on the your teeth, but toothache rather reflects your entire health condition. I am from China, and the medical perspective on any health issue is based on the principle of that, one phenomenon reflects another, and links with another. Like I said, if you really want to know the best way to get rid of a toothache,then you need to know a whole lot of other things, essentially YOURSELF... I recommend you this book, and hope that you can also tell people around you who also have such problem. And knowledge definitely benefits everyone powerfully.. It depends on why your tooth is hurting, if you have sensative teeth because of cavaties or something it probably will be uncomfortable. But for me after I get my braces tightened it feels good to brush my teeth because it helps massage my gums.
First you need to pick the smooth toot brush and do it gently. you can avoid the hurting tooth. Or you can use smooth cloth like a towel and small in size. You can clean your teeth using the cloth. It is much cleaner indeed.
