What are some good things to do to ~flatten stomach ~legs ~arms? Please I need to know some good exercises or things around my house I could do to get in shape Thanks

stomach: crunches
legs: squats, jogging
arms: weight lifting use light weights, not the heavy ones, otherwise you'll become really muscular
always stretch after excercise.
Pilates I promise it will tone your whole body if you do a workout at least 3 times a week.
