Is it possible to get toned in a month?

if so how often would i have to workout?

Answer #1

You could definitely see a difference in a month, yes. If you worked out once a day, tried your hardest to eat clean and made sure that you were getting all the meccesary vitamins and foods you need, you could definitely get relatively toned. But don’t push it- you’ll see a difference, sure, but good things come to those who work hard and don’t rush.

It is very possible, but you would need to commit yourself to a very strict routine of exercise and eating habits. I can’t say exactly how much you’d have to work out. I usually go 5 days a week for an hour each, and rotate exercises. One day do legs, next do core, next to arms, chest, cardio, etc. Fit yourself into a routine that works for you. However, exercise is only half the battle. You would also need to watch what you eat and have strict eating habits to ensure you are eating the required proteins to build muscle, but are not eating junk that can cause fat gain. If you are really serious about getting toned quickly, I’d consult a Personal Trainer to get you started with a Workout Plan, and a Meal Plan

It’s possible. With a strict diet and routine you could lose 4lb. of fat and 2-3lb. of water weight. That of course, is if you tried to lose a healthy pound a week.

If you’re a beginner to exercise, start on 3-day split for weight training to get the muscle fibers to stretch and tighten the skin, and maybe do 2 days of intense cardio. So in other words it would look like this:

Day 1: Legs/Abs Day 2: Biceps/Triceps/Abs (maybe 10-15 min. light cardo) Day 3: Back/Shoulders/Abs* (maybe 10-15 min. light cardio) Day 4: HIIT (Intense cardio 30 min.) Day 5: HIIT (Intense cardio 30 min.)

As for fiet, green vegetables contain lots of fiber, which is good for digesting protein and carbs and they also act a nice way to use the bathroom often to keep bowel movements regular. Coffee or light caffeine (100mg/lb. of weight) acts as a natural diuretic as well, meaning you pee more in the day to rid the body of water, letting the skin tighten and give more definition to the body. :)
