Unpasteurized juices are safer for you than pasteurized. When they have been pasteurized they have been cooked, such as the juices that you buy in the stores. When I suggested raw juices I should have said the fruit or vegetables that you yourself juice at home. It is a stated fact by doctors and “People in the Know” that fresh squeezed juices are the healthiest by far!!!!! Raw goat milk is so much healthier for you than pasteurized as it hasn’t been cooked. Pasteurized milk shouldn’t be given to small children. Children should only drink milk from their mother’s breast. In his book Don’t Drink Your Milk by Dr Frank A. Oski, M.D.states that when the public is educated about the hazards of cow’s milk, only calves will be left to drink it. “Cow Milk has no valid claim as the perfect food. As nutrition, it produces allergies in infants, diarrhea and cramps in the older child and adult and may be a factor in the develoipment of heart attacks and strokes,” Dr Oski warns. Other disorders that he says are linked to milk include gastrointestinal bleeding, iron-deficiency anemia, skin rashes, atheroscelerosis, acne, recurrent ear infections, and bronchitis. And there’s more: “Leukemia, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and simple dental decay have also been proposed as candidates.” Meat, Dairy products & Eggs are not good food,… but rather, dangerous substances that are hazardous to your health!!!!

Dear Springtown Sally, Maybe your child is throwing up, because he is eating too much food. Most mothers get upset if their children don’t eat 3 meals a day. I have always said kids are smarter than their paernts. If they don’t want to eat, don’t force them to. They know if they are hungry or not. And don’t be running off to a doctor. They don’t know anything about Nutrition. They didn’t study Nutrition in college as they only received 1/8 of a credit. Nutrition is the study of the body. Get yourself a juicer and start juicing organic fruits & vegetables. Maybe your child needs the waste cleaned out of her/her body that you have been feeding her. Most children who run fevers, their bodies are telling them to clean me out. Give me fresh raw juices. I will heal and won’t be sick again. Feed me God’s diet. Not all the junk you have been feeding me since I was born. God be with you.

Dear springtownsally, oneheartnow Please don’t feed your child raw juices… Children should not be served unpasteurized apple juice or other unpasteurized products, such as unpasteurized cider, fruit juices and raw milk. The elderly and people with weakened immune systems are also advised against consuming unpasteurized products. Unpasteurized products have the potential to be contaminated with harmful bacteria, such as Salmonella and E. coli, which can make vulnerable individuals such as children, especially those under the age of six, very ill, and even lead to death. This is a warning from the food & drug. Sue….good luck

Answer #4

Dear springtownsally, Children throw up for a host of reasons and not all are bad. Sometimes they just over indulge or are very active putting strain on a full tummy. Dehydration can be the problem with throwing up therefore, seeing a doctor is always a good idea if the child hasn’t been able to keep anything down for a day. If the child is running a fever or has little energy you must see a doctor right away. Sue….good luck
