Should I just do it only when I am stressed?
Making time for Yoga and meditation has a great effect on studying. I work essentially full-time, work out 4 days a week, and study full-time. I decided to throw in 15-25 minutes of meditation and / or nostalgic reflections (e.g., playing old video games, reading old birthday cards, watching old home videos, etc) per day. I noticed that I had much better clarity of thought for my assessment tasks at university and became much more efficient at work and university. I'd say do it whenever you have a spare moment!
I am like any student in Australia have a hard student life. We have a lot of assignments, we have no time to relax, even for a job we don't have time. I try to visit yoga in my college, but not always it turns out. Also, to facilitate my life I use the best essay writing service , where professional writers help me. And I can check my essays for plagiarism instantly.
Don't use yoga to relieve stress, use it to prevent stress! Yoga is fantastic, you should try squeeze in half an hour or more a day. I love having a wee yoga sesh after a shower in the evening, or when I get up in the morning if I'm not in a rush :)
Do it when you have time, if you have to squeeze it in it might end up stressing you out more then helping haha. I do yoga twice a week.
You should do it when you wake up and before you go to sleep :)
3 times a week, but more is always better! :)
