How many times a day should i brush my teeth to get whiter teeth?

Your not supposed to use whitening products on your teeth more than twice a day, their safe but they do contain chemicals that when used too much or too long can cause your gums serious discomfort.

well, i sometise brush my teeth 4 times a day or after every meal which’s 3 time.

If it is a very strong toothpaste, then it will have instructions on the box on how many times to use it a day. If there are no ‘instructions’, then it isn’t a chemically strong toothpaste and will most probably not harm you if you use it too much. I brush my teeth 3-4 times a day because I work close to people. I think either 2 or 3 times is normal. I guess if you brush after every big meal that would be adequate.

unless you have real white teeth to begin with then depending on their natural color they will only get so bright

i did check one.

when i was a kid we were brought uo to brush after each meal and before we went to bed,but i guess it depends on the healthness of your teeth.as far as the whitening i would ask your dentist,he/she would know better than anyone

well you should be careful with those kind of toothpastes because they can make ur teeth porous and sensitive bt u can use a homemade paste jus water and baking soda and mix some of the toothpaste and brush about 2 or 3 times a day and flossing is uber important :) hope it helps it workd wonders for me:D

Maybe try brushing on twice a day with the whitening toothpaste, morning and night. Then during the day after each meal, you can use regular toothpaste. This way, the chemicals in the whitening toothpaste doesn’t wear down your teeth, and effect your gums. I am not a dentist, so I cannot say exactly what would happen if you did use it more than twice a day for an extended period of time. However, I have heard that it could wear down your teeth, and it’s always better to be safe than sorry. Hope this helps! Good Luck! :)
