Tickets with police
today at school I got into my friends locker and took her pepsi and feygo(another type of drink) and then later in the day she asked me if I got in her locker and took her stuff because her ipod was missing and so was her sisters cell phone. I didnt take either of them. and they searched me my locker and the only thing they have linkin me to stealing it is they caught me on tape in her locker… they didnt find anything in my locker or on me and they said if I dont give the ipod back by tomorrow then im getting a ticket… can they give me a ticket fo this???

It looks bad for you, really, but you can’t be charged unless your friend actually presses charges.
you should be charged with breaking into her locker, but not for stealing the ipod or phone
