soo recentlyyy myy sister had gotten pulled over my the police which is a very ricildous story so she was in the burger king parking lot and your boyfriend had hes elbow resting on the window my sister leaves the parking lot and the cop pulls her over immedtly like he was waiting there well not like HE WAS waiting and then he tells her thatt his arm can not be out the window and her decal on the back of her car can not be there and gives her a ticket for "unauthorized sticker on rear window" now I thinkk thatt is ridiouls and not legit like...can you get pulled over for a decal on your car? seriously gimee urrr thoughts and advice...she had to go to court for the ticket and shes goinn too fightt it cause we think its stupid
only if it gets in the way of her being able to see... you can get a ticket for anything obstructing your view... my cousin once got pulled over for her window bein a lil bit foggy! So yeah if the officer felt like it was in any way blocking her view or w.e then as dumb as it may be yea he can write a ticket for it.
I don't know about the arm thing...but I know you can alos get a ticket for having something hanging from you mirror, like a air freshener...they can ticket anything for obstruction of view...not clearing snow off windows, decals in windows...yea its gay
Tell her to go to court and plead not guilty, she'll probably get off or they will give her a much smaller ticket.
