three day diet, anyone? help!

has anyone tried the three day diet and gotten any good results? it’s almost valentine’s day, and my boyfriend will be here and I want to lose some weight and look thinner. So I decided I might try this and work out as well. This year, I’ve been running every other day, except recently since I just got pretty sick. So, just wondering if this works. here’s the diet plan: BREAKFAST: Black Coffee or Tea ½ Grapefruit 1 slice of toast 2 tablespoons of peanut butter LUNCH: ½ cup of Tuna 1 slice of toast DINNER: 2 slices of any mean (about 3 oz.) - I ate two hot dogs. 1 Cup of String Beans 1 Cup of Beets 1 Small Apple 1 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream 2nd Day: BREAKFAST: 1 Egg ½ of a Banana 1 Slice of Toast Black Coffee or Tea LUNCH: 1 Cup of Tuna or Cottage Cheese 5 Saltine Crackers

if you just want to take off a few pounds quick, eat fresh green beans, or cottage cheese. it works.
