how do you get rid of fat from your thighs? I reallly need to...please answer :)
To lose fat from anywhere a healthy diet (not starvation diet but a cut down) is a good idea. Effective methods include: Cut out all or most fatty, sugary, calorie dense foods such as chocolate, chips, fizzy drinks etc. If you must have fizzy drinks switch to the diet versions Use skim milk and calorie free sweeteners in hot drinks Drink water as your main beverage Downsize your portions Walk to/from school/work Use the stairs instead of escalators and lifts Do star jumps during TV adverts Swimming, running and aerobics are brilliant fat burners eat a good balance of protein, dairy (low fat versions are best), starch, fruit and veg Create a temporary rule that all in between meal snacks should be 100 calories or less e.g fruit, vegetables, low calorie yoghurts or cereal bars Do not consume more than two thousand calories a day unless you are incredibly active
walking, marching on the spot
do squats, as many as you can I do about 40 a day, but you can start with 10
go to YOUTUBE they have great workout videos :o) drink lots of WATER and eat lots of fibre DIET CHOCOLATE and DIET SODA still has a lot of calories leave all sugary foods,potatoes, and fried foods or blot of excess oil
cut your portions in HALF, eg if you have 4 slices of bread for lunch, have 2 if you have 1 cup of rice, have half of that
eat 3 small meals with 2 snacks, like an orange or apple or whateva you like
