I think my thighs are fat and I dont know how to get rid of them..please help me?
run run run run. When you do hard core cardio (running is the best as it is the best workout for your legs out of all workouts) you will begin to see you legs thin out and gradually turn into more muscle. if you are more dedicated and determined I suggest running 3x a week for 45 mins (this includes a combination of treadmill & stairs, or elliptical or bike) and then weight lifting (concentrating on the legs 2x a week for 40 mins. Remember to always stretch and also cut down on fatty foods (fast food, high sugar drinks) Also, if you smoke and drink a lot of alcohol wont help. Overall if you dedicate some time and effort I PROMISE you will see results.
p.s well toned thighs are -not stick legs- what you want to aim for.
