the right laptop for a ten year old

needing to know the best laptop that I can get my ten yr old daughter for christmas. wants one where she can play games and do school papers on? can I please get some suggestion.

We got our kids (7 & 8 both boys) macbooks, they’re more expensive than PC’s, but, the family filter is WAY better…imho, peace of mind is priceless.

I have a 2005 latitude dell computer and it has vista on it has great gameing and stuff you will have to buy a spyware antivirus aplication such as norton antivirus but if you want child safty on your computer then make you the anmidastrator of the computer or like above macs are good they have longer battery life and are usually better at handleing games tho if it does freeze up it can be hard to reboot useing the power button so youd have to unplug it
