  I have the same problem and the best thing to do is not to pop it, because it will come back bigger and maybe turn into a scab. Also, wear the least amount of make up because it can get more oily then before, and just wash your face morning and night(I use neutrogena:the grapefruit kind) it works.Plus, I heard that water is good for the skin(so try to cut out a lot of greasy foods.(and from my experience Proactive only stops new zits from forming except doesnt help that much with the ones I had before. - Jennifer from Tennessee

  First off, clean your face and make sure that you don't have any make-up or anything else on your face. Put ice over your OMG pimple until it becomes relatively smaller.

  Then... Take some water and put salt in it. Mix it and put a cottonball in it. Make sure you squeeze out the water from the cotton ball until it is only damp Then put it over your pimple (apply some pressure) Do this for 2 minutes and take off the cotton ball. Apply an ice again and repeat. Then wash your face with cream.

  nah toothpaste makes it worse... I have one... DON'T POP IT LIKE I DID! IT MAKES IT TURN INTO A GIANT GRAZE! It hurts... seriously they don't get big if you dont touch them. Hold back... its hard but what the heck!

  do not pop ot because it leaves a scar try clearasil it really helpps or proactive!

  umn you see, DONT I REPEAT DONT pop it it'll just make it worse if you dont get it all!!!ddrink lots of water ,trust it HELPS!!
