It takes probably one to three days to heal a zit. If it is huge then it would probably take a week.

Use products that have 2.5%-5% Benzoyl peroxide or Salicylic acid or Sulphur. Do not use 10% Benzoyl peroxide, it will cause inflammation to your skin!

Some product examples: Proactiv, Oxy, Clean and clear acne cleanser.
