I am 43 and I am150cm and 75kilos I just started diet and the threadmil for 20min 2times a day. What should be my goal 65 or 60 kilos?

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

well do you go to agym beacuse I am also trying to lose wight im 5’4 and 130 pounds I want to be 112 poounds so write down everythng you eat I mean every thing then write down the claories next to it if you decrease ue avg aclories by 500 a day you can easily lose a pound a week and more

Hope you do lose weight too these last 3 weeks I was almost 78.5 kilos I started walking on the road for 30 minutes and I cut down on chips and bread ans cheese and lonchonmeat (which I like very much) and I lost 3 kilos. So dont give up
