There are many dangers that come from cutting.
I would think so if the razor is rusty. Instead of me reccomending that you get a tetanus shot, how about you STOP CUTTING!?!
Instead of telling you to stop cutting, I am recomending you get help. You will only stop cutting when you are ready to, and someonecan help you through this hard time ok? Yes you could get tetanus from almost aything. Has it been more than ten years since your last tetanus shot?
If you havn’t had a tetanus injection and you are piercing the skin with rusty metal then yes the chances are real. Go to the doctors straight away. They won’t judge you they just want to help you.
