whey protein is mainly used by body builders to get that extra build faster if u are not planning gym try some simple protein available in medicine shops……whey protein may show some ill effects on kidney or heart until and unless u make use of the protein..drink lot of water and take exercise…wont be absolutely ok…but in case u r not into the exercise thing better change to simple protein than whey
