so, I want to know some of the things you do to loose weight. what techniques, diet, and foods do you use. also what types of exercise do you do and how often you do it. I want to know because swimsuit season is coming and I want to loose a bit of weight. but this isn't about just loosing weight...I also want to know ways I can stay fit because right now I'm so out of shape LOL.
the Upper Glycemic Index Diet is great, search it up on google it made me lose 20 lbs in under 2 months. (although I was underweight to begin with)
Low fat icecream blended with some milk and some frozen fruit in the morning really helped me out, because it would seriously stuff me up and boost my metabolism
Pilates- A LIFE SAVER! - I'd reccomend anybody to do that to tone out and look sexy. All the celebs do it!!

eat healthy, but serioulsy, the best exercise I've ever done is SKIPPING. haha I know it sounds lame but its fun and if you do it fast it gets your heart rate up as much as running but its not as hard
I would say,, use hydroxy-cut it works pretty good
