Does wearing a rubber thing, plastic or anything that will make you sweat make you lose weight, as in fat, or just water...if you sweat a lot? like for example if you wear a rubber thing around your waste and run...obvious your going to sweat more from that part...does it make you have a smaller waste?
no. sweating doesn't mean you're burning fat, it just means your losing water... which doesn't make any physical difference.
No you'll just get dehydrated more from the sweating.
